DAY 1.Transportation from La Paz or Puno to Copacabana (3  4 hours), take the boat to the Island of the Sun (1 hour), land near Pilkokaina ruins and have a typical aptapi. Then hike for about one hour uphill to overnight in ecolodge La Estancia. (LD)

DAY 2.DONT MISS AN EARLY SUNRISE! Take the boat to the Island of the Moon, visit the Iñak Uyu ruins, continue in boat north to the Chincana ruins, short hike to Challapampa, then boat to Challa, visit a cultural museum. Hike uphill to the ecolodge. Afternoon free to enjoy the peace and beauty of the area. (BLD)

DAY 3.Youll have the morning to share with a local family, and see a normal day with an afternoon fishing experience. (BLD)

DAY 4.Hike through the village of Yumani in the Garden of the Incas, take the boat to Copacabana (1 hour), visit the famous Virgen Morena, its church, lunch and a stroll of town. Transportation to La Paz or Puno (3  4 hours). (BL)
